The accredited Laboratory of the Institute for Oliveculture at ZRS Koper is equipped with state-of-the-art analytical equipment that ensures high quality, reliability, and traceability of measurements at the national and international levels.
The equipment is used for chemical and sensory analyses of olive oil and other plant-based products, as well as for the development and validation of new analytical methods. Modern systems enable the precise quantification of bioactive compounds, the detection of contaminants such as MOSH and MOAH, and the verification of the quality and authenticity of olive oil and other foods.
